Food: Tomato Sauce (Gravy)

It depends on where you live in New Jersey, some people call it sauce, and others call it gravy. But no matter what you call it, when you make it from scratch, there's no comparison. Towards the end of the summer my family makes a fresh batch from a 50 pound box of plumb tomatoes. Yum!
