The Beautiful Baha'i Gardens are located in the hilly city of Haifa. Haifa lays on Israel's North West Coast and the city has a large port. The gardens are exceptional to walk through. There is a tour that starts at the top, and takes you down all the steps. Other parts are open to the public at specific times so be sure to play ahead.
