Food: Caramels

I saw Alton Brown whip up a batch of the yummiest looking caramels with Sea Salt on top with such ease. I figured, if he could do it so easily, then so could I. But then I tried to make them... and forgot about the magic of TV. My biggest mistake was that my thermometer wasn't working. Yeah... well call that the biggest problem, but the ingredient pics came out cool. I'll try this again on a day that isn't over 100 degrees.

  1. great shots, since i do not like caramel it is all right with me that it did not come out
