Food: Indian Green Beans

The is a recipe I was taught while visiting New Hampshire. I got the craving for this dish, and after an email or two I had the list of ingredients.

Indian Green Beans
1 lbs Fresh Green Beans
3 Tlb Mustard seed Oil
1 tsp Turmeric
1 Level tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Salt or to taste

Heat Mustard Seed Oil until it smokes
Add Turmeric, Cumin seeds and Whole Red Pepper or Flakes to taste
Cook on High 10-15 seconds to toast spices
Add Beans, Onions, and Salt
Stirring frequently, cook about 20 minutes or just tender
